Minier Library Holiday Kids’ Craft Party

The village of Minier hosts a variety of Christmas-themed events. Just last week the annual Christmas Parade was held and now coming up on Tuesday, December 7th the Holiday Kids’ Craft Party is being held at the Minier Library. This event is a great place to get your kids into the holiday spirit and celebrate Christmas with some fun activities.

At this event kids aged three and up will have the ability to make some Christmas-themed crafts, make cards for someone special, have stories read to them, and get to take a holiday-themed coloring book and snacks home with them from the library. The Minier Library is also hosting the Lego Lady from 2:30-3:30 at this event.

The Lego Lady will take the kids through making a lego ornament but only between 2:30-3:30. The event will continue until 4:30 but if you want a chance to meet the Lego Lady and have your kids make a fun lego ornament make sure to get there before 3:30! The Minier Library is also looking for donations for the cost of the lego kits but it isn’t required for attendance. If you have the ability to help out that would be greatly appreciated.

The Minier Library hosts a variety of events and there is no doubt this one will be just as great as the rest. If you have the time, make sure to take your kids by the library so they can enjoy this fun holiday party. The Minier Library is located at 202 N Main Ave., Minier, IL 61759. If you have any questions you can call 309-392-3220 or email them at minierlibcirc@gmail.com. You can also visit their website at minierlibrary.com to find more information on this event and future events to come.
