Holly S. Blackorby

Holly S. Blackorby, 60, of Minier, formerly of Kirkwood, MO, passed away Monday, April, 26, 2021 at her home. 

She was born August 10, 1960 in St. Louis, MO to Claude R. and Mary Wallingsford Sides. She married Danny Blackorby on July 10, 1992 in Kirkwood, MO and he survives. 

Also surviving are one brother, Mark (Linda Schumacher-Sides) Sides of Clayton, MO; one sister, Kim Watkins of Sedalia, MO; and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, all of which she loved so much. 

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Holly retired as a veterinary technician. 

She loved her family, gardening and her critters. 

Cremation has been accorded. A Celebration of Life will be at a later date with burial in Parklawn Cemetery in Barry, IL. Haensel-Oswald Funeral Home in Minier is handling the arrangements. 

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to a local humane or animal recue organization.
