Carolyn L. Bolliger

Carolyn L. Bolliger, 98, of Tremont, passed away Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton. 

She was born March 14, 1923 in Tremont to Dan and Mary Baurer Koch.  She married Harlan E. Bolliger on June 7, 1947 in Tremont, and he passed away December 30, 1994. 

Surviving are her children, Pat (John ) McKey of Gridley, Jan (Roy) Wiegand of Secor, Tom (Jane) Bolliger of Tremont, Sandy (Sam) Bedwell of Indianapolis, and Sheila Bolliger of Tremont; 12 grandchildren, Dana (Mari) Wiegand, Nathan (Laura) Wiegand, Tim (Christa) Wiegand, Abbie (Cody) Schumacher, Joshua (Nicole) Bolliger, Sarah (Royce) Schieler, Debbie (Jason) Slagel, Rebecca (Dallas) Haerr, Michael (Shannon) Bolliger, Jim (Carly) Bolliger, Joseph Bedwell, and Eric Bedwell; 31 great grandchildren; one brother, Dan (Carol) Koch of Morton. 

She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Allison McKey; one great granddaughter, Daisy Slagel; two sisters; and nine brothers. 

Carolyn was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.  Spending time with her family brought her great joy. 

She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church in Tremont, where her funeral will be at 10:00 am Wednesday, February 16, 2022.  Ministers of the church will officiate.  Visitation will be from 4 to 7 pm Tuesday at Davis-Oswald Funeral Home in Tremont and from 9:00 to 9:45 am Wednesday at the church.  Burial will be in Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Tremont.
