In September of 2020, Village Flowers & Gifts owner, Susie Smith, had reached the 38-year mark of owning her flower shop. While owning her own business, she has been able to work with both of her daughters, Amy and Julie, which has been a big part of her success. It is obviously a very impressive accomplishment by Susie, Amy, and Julie to run such a successful local business for the amount of time that they have. This accomplishment is especially impressive after having to deal with the pandemic and all the tolls it took on small businesses all over the area. Susie credits her success to her great connection with the local community.
