Youth Art Month Concludes at Danvers Library
Youth Art Month concluded at the Danvers Township Library with a craft project creating wax paper lanterns with crayons to celebrate National Crayon Day on March 31.
Also, on the same day, the library hosted a comics and cartoon workshop to provide instruction to would-be cartoonists. The workshop was taught by Lizzi Ogle.
Other projects throughout the month included a spring tree fingerprint craft, in celebration of International Day of Forests, a shamrock suncatcher in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day, a cereal rainbow to celebrate National Cereal Day, and a pipe cleaner jewelry craft.
The library would like to thank all who participated and made Youth Art Month such a success.
