Community Lunch Held in Waynesville

The Waynesville Christian Church hosted a Community Lunch on Tuesday, April 19th, beginning a regular event to be held every third Tuesday for the residents of Waynesville.

Originally billed as a Senior Lunch, the event was expanded to include all ages.

A delicious meal of meatloaf, carrots and potatoes, pasta salad, and cherry fluff was served. A chocolate and a white cake were both available for dessert.

Dixie Furman led those assembled in a prayer of thanksgiving before the meal, and Kim West guided the group in devotional following the meal.
