A film that was legitimately ahead of its time. When I saw that this was released in 1971, I thought it was a typo. The content of the film deals with a lot of topics that are just now becoming more widely accepted (which is truly disturbing that people can’t accept others for who they are.)

While I enjoyed WICKED WORLD (the other 101 Films/AGFA release I got to screen) better, that doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy this unique film. This is another film that I suggest watching the trailer of before jumping into the film. Unless you know that you enjoy 70s cult films that are just as crazy as the title of the film.

An great exploitation film; I saw a review that called it a “Hippie, cross-dressing, drug, psycho movie,” and I won’t lie that gives it to you in a nutshell. While the acting in the film leaves a lot to be desired, it adds to the overall feeling of dread and realness. There’s something about the characters that just make you feel uncomfortable in the best way.

Films like this make me so happy that I’ve dipped my toe into an entirely different film genre. I never knew all the craziness that I was missing out on!

If you’re in the US, you’ll want to make sure to order from AGFA unless you have a region-free player. If you live overseas, then 101 Films is the site for you!
